Project Coordinator
At Vivid Digisolution, the Project Coordinator is the person who keeps everything moving. You'll be the first point of contact for clients once a project kicks off — understanding their requirements, keeping them informed, and making sure the right work reaches the right team member on time.
This is a communication-heavy, coordination-focused role. You don't need to be a developer or an SEO expert — but you should understand enough about digital marketing and websites to hold confident, informed conversations on both sides.

- Handle day-to-day client communication via calls, email & WhatsApp
- Translate client briefs into clear tasks for the internal team
- Track project timelines and follow up to meet deadlines
- Share weekly status updates and deliverables with clients
- Maintain task trackers, SOPs, and meeting notes
- Flag delays or risks early and escalate when needed
- MBA or BBA graduate (fresher or up to 2 years experience)
- Strong communication in English and Hindi/Gujarati
- Basic understanding of digital marketing & websites
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, and email
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive about follow-ups
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Prior internship at a digital marketing or IT agency
- Familiarity with Trello, Asana, or similar PM tools
- Basic understanding of WordPress or website terminology
- Experience in a client-facing or customer service role
- Knowledge of SEO, social media, or paid ads basics
- Comfort with reporting and data tracking
